To return items for refund or exchange, just write your comments down on the invoice and return by first class mail. We ask that your item be returned in its original condition. In keeping with industry practice, it will be inspected and identified by a certified expert. You will then receive an immediate refund or exchange.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Shipping charges are not refundable.
